Job summary

Keepmoat is seeking a Senior Site Manager for the Yorkshire East Region. The role will be based at one of our sites in Hull, Hornsea, Driffield or Bridlington, where you will lead day-to-day site activities to deliver high-quality homes on time.

You will have proven experience with a volume housebuilder, current knowledge of building and health and safety legislation, and will oversee production, quality and cost control while guiding the site team and subcontractors to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience working for a volume housebuilder.
• Up to date knowledge of building and health & safety legislation.
• Experience with Clerk of Works, Buildings or NHBC inspection roles is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely and profitably plan, manage and control day-to-day site activities on site to meet/exceed programme within budget.
• Oversee all areas of the development including Production, Quality, Cost Control and Company Care.
• Lead and motivate the site team (employees and subcontractors) and recruit as needed.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our thriving Yorkshire East Region. Depending on the location of the successful candidate, the Senior Site Manager will be based at one of our sites within Hull, Hornsea, Driffield or Bridlington. With a strong pipeline of secured land, it’s an exciting time to join Keepmoat.

The successful candidate will safely and profitably plan, manage, and control the day-to-day site activities on site to our meet/exceed programme, in accordance with company policies and procedures, within the budgeted cost plan.

The Senior Site Manager will oversee all areas of the development; including Production, Quality, Cost Control and Company Care, to ensure that it is both profitable and customer focused.

They will also lead and motivate the site team (both direct employees and subcontractors) to achieve the required objectives and fulfil their potential, as well as recruiting the right people into the business where required.

We are looking for someone with demonstratable experience working for a volume housebuilder.

Up to date relevant knowledge of building and health and safety legislation, along with Clerk of Works, Buildings or NHBC inspection roles are essential requirements for this position.

A full UK driving license is also required.
