Keepmoat is seeking a Senior Site Manager for the Yorkshire East Region, responsible for planning, managing and controlling day-to-day on-site activities to meet the programme, while upholding company policies and the budget. The role requires experience with a volume housebuilder, and knowledge of building and health and safety legislation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Site Manager to join our thriving Yorkshire East Region. Depending on the location of the successful candidate, the Senior Site Manager will be based at one of our sites within Doncaster, Hull, Hornsea, Driffield or Bridlington. With a strong pipeline of secured land, it’s an exciting time to join Keepmoat.

The successful candidate will safely and profitably plan, manage, and control the day-to-day site activities on site to our meet/exceed programme, in accordance with company policies and procedures, within the budgeted cost plan.

The Senior Site Manager will oversee all areas of the development; including Production, Quality, Cost Control and Company Care, to ensure that it is both profitable and customer focused.

They will also lead and motivate the site team (both direct employees and subcontractors) to achieve the required objectives and fulfil their potential, as well as recruiting the right people into the business where required.

Please note, we have one Senior Site Manager vacancy in our Yorkshire East Region but will consider candidates within all areas.

We are looking for someone with demonstratable experience working for a volume housebuilder.

Up to date relevant knowledge of building and health and safety legislation, along with Clerk of Works, Buildings or NHBC inspection roles are essential requirements for this position.

A full UK driving license is also required.
