Job summary

Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd represents a developer/contractor delivering a Grade II listed office refurbishment in Central London. We are seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead all external works and façade activities, ensuring technical excellence and strict adherence to programme and quality.

You will report to the Project Director and work closely with the design, commercial, and client teams to drive delivery on a complex, high-profile scheme while maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

Job description

Our client is a developer/contractor undertaking new build residential, mixed-use and commercial schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Site Manager to join the team on a scheme in Central London.

The project is a 80m cut and carve refurbishment of an office building (grade 11 listed).

The position will report into the Project Director.

You will be managing all the external works / facade so they require someone technically strong.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience on large commercial schemes and strong knowledge on managing external / facade works. It is essential you have previously worked for a well-known contractor or developer.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 75k - 80k + full package & bonus.
