Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd, on behalf of a major developer, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a mixed-use residential scheme in North West London. The project comprises 350 units with commercial space, car parking and landscaped areas, with a project value of about £80m.

The role reports to the Construction Director and requires a proven track record of delivering large-scale mixed-use developments, with involvement in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mixed-use residential developments with a value in excess of £80m.
• Involvement in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery.
• Previous employment with a well-known developer or contractor is essential.

Our client is a developer undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for a Senior Project Manager to project lead a mixed use residential scheme in North West London.

The project consists of 350 units with commercial, retail, car parking and landscape. Project value £80m.

The position will report into the Construction Director.

Our client is seeking applicants who have previous experience in project leading mixed use residential developments in excess of £80m. They're also seeking applicants that have been involved in planning, design, pre-construction and delivery. It is essential you have previously worked for a well known developer or contractor.

In return, our client is offering a basic salary between £110k - £120k + full package & bonus.
