Are you an experienced construction professional ready to lead exciting new-build housing developments from the ground up? We are seeking a confident, driven Senior Site Manager to join a leading UK house builder with a reputation for delivering high-quality, sustainable communities.

The Role:
As a Senior Site Manager, you'll take full ownership of a fast-paced residential site, managing day-to-day operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll lead a dedicated team and coordinate all trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth work flow and exceptional build quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site operations across all phases of construction
  
• Manage health & safety compliance to the highest standards
  
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and labour resources
  
• Liaise with technical, commercial, and sales teams
  
• Drive quality control, programme targets, and customer satisfaction
  
• Mentor junior staff and build a positive site culture
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record in residential site management (volume housebuilding essential)
  
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card), and First Aid certifications
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
