Turner Lovell is working with a leading service provider in critical civil engineering projects for the Power utility sectors across the UK. You will manage sites and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered cost-efficiently and on time, while upholding the highest health and safety standards and fostering strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sites and contractors in line with client contracts
• Maintain successful day-to-day relationships with clients to ensure a good working environment and provide on-site expertise
• Deliver client contracts successfully, ensuring cost efficiency through effective management of labor, plant, and materials, and timely reports/projects
• Ensure adherence to health and safety standards, deliver toolbox talks, complete weekly H&S paperwork, keep RAMs up to date, communicate and sign off on safety documentation, and ensure compliance in all audits
• Lead on-site teams through clear daily communication, giving direction, and listening to feedback

Ideal Profile:

• Experience leading subcontractors and teams on utility projects
• Experience with OHL, Pylon upgrades, and maintenance projects
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong client interaction skills
• Excellent communication, organizational, and planning skills
• Willing to work overtime on weekends (time & a half on Saturday, double time on Sundays)
• Allowance per Diem on-site
• Airbnb accommodation provided
• Flights and airport parking covered
