A Senior Site Manager is sought to join a growing construction business delivering a 17m industrial development comprising three units in High Wycombe. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site operations and work closely with the Project Manager to embed the company’s systems and processes.

The role offers a clear pathway to progress into a Project Manager and ultimately lead your own schemes, with a three-day weekend from October and a strong focus on development and rewarding

Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Site Manager to join a growing construction business, working on a 17m development comprising three industrial units in High Wycombe.

The business specialises in delivering industrial, commercial and leisure developments, with projects ranging in value up to 50m. They are continuing to grow and are looking for someone who wants to develop their career alongside the business.

Initially, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the site, working closely with the Project Manager and gaining a strong understanding of the company's systems, processes and way of working.

The long-term opportunity is where this role really stands out. The intention is for the successful candidate to learn the ropes, develop within the business and progress into a Project Manager position, where you will ultimately take ownership of and lead your own scheme.
