Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on RC Frame residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, piling, and RC frame construction.
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required.

We are currently seeking a Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new phase of a RC Frame residential development based near Harlesden.

Project Overview:

• 200-unit RC frame apartment block
• Currently atGroundworks and Piling stage
• You will take full site responsibility from groundwork through to handover

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations to ensure the project progresses on time and within budget
• Oversee subcontractors, enforce H&S standards, and maintain quality control
• Coordinate with internal teams including the Senior Project Manager and Construction Director
• Maintain site documentation and reporting procedures
• Drive the project through key stages including superstructure, envelope, fit-out and final handover

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager on RC Frame residential projects
• Strong knowledge of groundworks, piling, and RC frame construction, Internal fit out.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
• SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS required
• This is a long-term freelance role ( CIS ) with strong continuity, as additional phases in the local area are in the tendering stage
• Clear route to progression within the wider development pipeline
