Using specified drawings and instructions, you will manage the entire construction cycle to ensure all deadlines are met and the development is built to Company and NHBC standards.

Reporting to the Construction Manager and based on site, you will be responsible for all aspects of the building site, including health and safety, trades and material coordination, site presentation, and cost control.

You will play a key role in ensuring the continued success of Churchill Living’s desirable developments.

Working Hours

Hours of work are from 7.30 am to 5.00 pm. Additional unpaid hours and occasional weekend work may be required. The Senior Site Manager may be subject to call-out, which is infrequent.

About You

Applicants should hold a black or white CSCS card. A background in trades is advantageous, with preferably NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Site Management, ideally on the NHBC Site Manager Accreditation programme.

You should have extensive Site Management experience, particularly in building Residential Apartments, Retirement Living, Extra-Care Homes, or student accommodation. Sound knowledge of Health and Safety legislation is essential, along with qualified First Aider at Work status.

You must be assertive, calm under pressure, and capable of liaising effectively with external suppliers, specialists, and in-house teams to meet deadlines without compromising quality. Influencing skills and the ability to supervise onsite staff with discretion and confidentiality are also key.

Rewards

Joining Churchill Living offers a range of benefits, including:

  • Generous bonus scheme and financial incentives
  • Company car or cash allowance
  • 25 days holiday plus options to buy or sell holiday
