Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Site Manager in Cambridge to oversee a new area of works on an ongoing project. The role requires autonomous leadership, ownership of a designated area, and delivery through to completion on site.

You will coordinate subcontractors and site teams, ensuring safety, quality and programme adherence while working closely with the wider project team. Prerequisites include strong leadership and a solid civils/groundworks background.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager / Site Manager with a main contractor.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of a work area.
• Civils / groundworks experience preferred but other construction backgrounds may be considered.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent understanding of programme, quality and health & safety requirements.
• Willing to undergo prison security vetting as part of the project requirements.

A leading main contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a new area of works on an ongoing project in Cambridge.

This is a key site-based position for someone who is confident working autonomously, taking ownership of a work area and driving delivery through to completion.
