A national award winning house builder are looking for a dedicated and passionate Senior Site Manager to join their team. Do you have a passion for quality? this could be an opportunity to join a respected house builder with the opportunity for progression.

About the role of Senior Site Manager

This role would see you join an already established team on a picturesque development set in the countryside. you will be taking the lead on a 200 unit timber frame built site with a mixture of houses and apartments. You will be managing the day-to-day operations and leading the team to meet targets set out by the visiting Contracts Manager and Construction Director.

Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager

• Ensuring compliance on site at all times to H&S standards, processes and NHBC standards
• Manage the day to day running of the development and provide clear direction to those working on site
• Coordinating labour and resources on site to deliver the build programme
• Ensuring all plots are built to the highest standard of quality
• Carrying out new home tours with the sales advisor
• Make sure the on site team is fully resourced and well directed
• Ensure that site records are maintained

Requirements for Senior Site Manager

• Strong understanding of NHBC standards
• Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager with a high volume residential house builder
• Timber frame experience would be desirable
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
