Le candidat idéal aura une solide expérience dans la gestion de projets résidentiels traditionnels, allant de la construction de maisons individuelles aux appartements. Vous serez responsable de superviser les travaux de construction, de diriger une équipe et d'assurer que le projet soit livré dans les délais et en respectant le budget.

Qualifications

• Expérience dans le développement résidentiel sur des projets de construction traditionnelle.
• Capacité à superviser les phases de développement de l'inception à la complétion.
• Compétences en leadership et gestion d'équipe.

Responsibilities

• Surveiller le développement du projet et diriger les Assistants/Responsables de Site.
• Assurer la livraison de bâtiments résidentiels de qualité.
• Collaborer avec le Project Manager pour le bon avancement du chantier.

My client is a highly respected UK national residential developer specialising in new build developments within London and the Home Counties.

Job description & Responsibilities

My client is looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a strong Senior Site Manager for their new flag ship residential project in North West London.

The developments consist of luxury apartments ranging from 1-2 bedrooms and 2, 3 and 4 bedroom town houses and require a strong team to see the development through from the first phase onwards through to completion.

Reporting to a Project Manager/Director, you will help oversee the development and will have Assistant/Site Managers reporting in to you.

Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidates must have experience working for a residential developer on traditional build schemes consisting of town houses and apartments from inception through completion.

Candidates must have a valid CSCS Black Card (Desirable), SMSTS, first aid and a member of CIOB is desirable but not essential.
