This opportunity will see you joining a flagship hyperscale data centre development in Acton, where you'll play a pivotal leadership role in the successful delivery of a landmark project from construction through to completion.
As Senior Site Manager, you'll take responsibility for leading site operations across a major construction project, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme, quality, and commercial objectives.
Working closely with the Project Manager and wider leadership team, you'll oversee Site Managers, subcontractors, and specialist trades while driving high standards across health & safety, quality, and programme performance.
You'll have a proven track record of successfully delivering major construction projects for a main contractor, with experience managing large site teams and coordinating multiple work packages simultaneously.
You'll possess a strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, health & safety, programme management, and quality assurance, alongside the leadership skills needed to motivate teams and build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Ideally, you'll hold an HNC, Degree or equivalent construction qualification, together with a CSCS Managers Card, while professional membership with CIOB or a similar organisation would be advantageous.
