Job summary

Keyman Personnel is recruiting a Site Foreman for a long-term contract on a major project. Our client is a highly regarded Sub Contractor specialising in Groundworks and Civil Engineering, seeking an experienced professional for ongoing site leadership.

As Site Foreman you would hold a Construction or Civil Engineering qualification with 5 years on Sub Contractor sites, and experience in Groundworks, Civils and RC Works, managing sites from £1m to £5m.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering required.
• Experience on Sub Contractor sites is essential.
• Groundworks, Civils and RC Works experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up the team for the day’s work and coordinate tasks.
• Conduct inductions, daily briefings, toolbox talks.
• Manage site paperwork and organise labour, plant and materials.
• Maintain strong Health and Safety focus on site.
