Job summary

Keyman is seeking a Site Foreman for a long-term contract on major groundworks and earthworks projects in Hemel Hempstead. The candidate should hold a Construction or Civil Engineering qualification and have 5+ years’ experience with a Sub Contractor, including Groundworks and RC Frames, and manage sites from £1m to £10m.

You will set up the team for the day, conduct inductions and toolbox talks, manage site paperwork, organise labour, plant and materials, and maintain a strong health and safety

Qualifications

• Qualification in Construction or Civil Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience working for a Sub Contractor.
• Groundworks and RC Frames.
• Experience managing sites from £1m to £10m.

Responsibilities
