Job summary

Lonza is seeking a Senior Site Finance Analyst in Slough on a 9-month fixed-term contract with hybrid working. You will enable the site to reach targets through insightful financial analysis across cost transparency, profitability, and KPIs, while partnering with Supply Chain, Technical Services and HR.

The role supports monthly closing, outlooks, risks and opportunities, and external audits, with investment input for CAPEX. SAP enhancements and continuous improvement drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Enable the site to hit targets by providing insightful financial analysis and recommendations (cost transparency, product profitability, KPIs).
• Support Supply Chain, Technical Services and HR functions.
• Assist monthly close, Outlooks, Risks and Opportunities processes.
• Support External Audit activities.
• Provide Investment support for CAPEX projects.
• Lead process and systems improvement projects (SAP enhancements, new tools) with local/global teams.
• Support Finance Head of the Site on ad hoc requests.

The Senior Site Finance Analyst is a key member of the Slough Finance team. The role is responsible for enabling the Site teams to reach short-and long-term targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financial aspects of the Site such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, Inventory, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings.

What You Will Do

• Enabling the Site to reach targets by providing insightful analysis and recommendations in all financial aspects of the plant such as (but not limited to) cost transparency, product profitability, key performance indicators in production, innovation, cost savings
• Support Supply Chain, Technical Services and HR functions
• Support monthly financial closing, Outlooks and Risks and Opportunities processes
• Support External Audit
• Investment Support for various CAPEX projects
• Leading process and systems improvement projects (SAP enhancements, new process and tools introductions etc.) together with local and global supply chain group, corporate accounting and global operations
• Supports the Finance Head of the Site on various ad hoc requests
