Job summary

Lonza Slough site is seeking a Site Finance Business Partner to enable short- and long-term targets by delivering insightful financial analysis. The role covers cost transparency, product profitability, and key KPIs within production, innovation, and working capital.

It requires hands-on operation, strong costing knowledge, and effective stakeholder influence in a hybrid 4-on-site/1-on-site- policy. You will manage monthly closes, outlooks, risks and opportunities with Platform Controlling,

Qualifications

ACCA or CIMA qualification required.
Manufacturing finance experience is highly desirable.
Strong business partnering with ability to influence senior leaders.
Hands-on with day-to-day operational activities.
Solid costing and variance analysis knowledge.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with ERP implementations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide insightful financial analysis to enable site targets.
Manage monthly close, forecasts, risks, and opportunities with Platform Controlling.
Deliver robust financials aligned with site leadership strategy.
Lead SAP enhancements and other process improvements with supply chain and global teams.
Support CAPEX investment decisions.
