Accellacare, part of ICON's clinical research network, is seeking a Site Contracts Negotiator II to lead the negotiation and maintenance of clinical trial agreements and amendments with Sponsors.

You will work with internal stakeholders to support site start-up and ongoing maintenance, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of contracts across the network. A strong background in contract negotiations and clinical trials is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3–6 years in clinical research, with site contracts.
• Proven experience negotiating site contracts with sponsors.
• Strong knowledge of clinical trial processes and contracting activities.

Responsabilités

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and finalizes site contracts and amendments.
• Maintains communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Tracks progress in required systems and documents.
• Identifies risks and suggests mitigation plans for timelines.
