Job summary

Focus 5 Recruitment seeks a seasoned Business Manager to take overall day-to-day control of a busy site, accountable for revenue targets, KPIs and the customer experience. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, manage the P&L and budgets, and drive performance in line with Head Office targets.

You will be commercially focused, capable of steering operations, optimizing capacity and ensuring high-quality service. This role is on site and requires strong leadership across teams.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a multi-disciplinary team and driving business performance.
• Accountability for P&L, revenue, budgets and operational costs.
• Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day running and commercial performance of the site.
• Lead revenue targets, KPIs and overall business performance.
• Manage site P&L, budgets and operating costs.
• Drive sales performance, conversion and customer journey metrics.
• Maximise diary, capacity and resource utilisation.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, revenue and profitability.
• Lead the team and supervise performance and rotas.
• Ensure excellent customer experience and site presentation.
• Collaborate with Head Office and senior stakeholders on targets and improvements.
