Responsibilities and duties

• Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will:
• Lead the delivery of projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, program, and financial targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Oversee the production of detailed construction programmes, monitoring progress and ensuring timely delivery of critical activities.
• Manage project risks, costs, and resources while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Develop and support the project team, ensuring all members understand their roles and responsibilities.
