Job summary

Aldwych Consulting is seeking a Site Agent/Manager to oversee operations on a Cumbria infrastructure site. You will support Framework and Project Managers, ensuring safe, efficient site delivery and coordination of resources.

The role requires previous site-based management experience, a valid CSCS card, and a full UK driving licence. You will drive health and safety compliance and report on progress and costs to support project delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Site Agent or Site Manager in civil engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction and maintenance works.
• Promotes health and safety compliance on site.

Responsibilities

• Support Framework Managers and Project Managers across infrastructure projects.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and night shifts when required.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture in line with CDM regulations.
• Produce RAMS, WPPs and Task Briefings.
• Plan and manage short-term lookahead programmes and allocate resources.
• Monitor costs and support commercial performance.
• Assist with NEC contract administration.
• Produce and manage ITPs and site records.
