Rullion Ltd. in Snowdonia is seeking an experienced Site Agent to lead and manage construction activities on a major project, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to programme.

You will coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers, oversee planning, resource management and quality assurance, while driving continuous improvement and safety.

This fixed-term role offers a competitive salary of £55,000–£65,000 plus a car allowance and is a full‑time onsite position.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Site Agent or similar construction management role.
• Experience managing building, fitout or complex construction packages.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, programme management and site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors, suppliers, resources and construction teams.
• A sound understanding of commercial management, including variations, cost forecasting and change control.
• Knowledge of construction health and safety requirements, including CDM Regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage construction teams to deliver works safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, designers and client representatives to maintain progress and resolve site issues.
• Manage construction activities to meet programme, specification, budget and quality expectations.
• Develop and manage subcontractor work packages, scopes, resources and delivery schedules in collaboration with the commercial team.
• Monitor costs, forecasts, variations and changes, identifying risks and opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Produce, maintain and update construction programmes, setting production targets and implementing recovery plans where required.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, sustainability and quality standards.
• Review construction methods, designs and specifications to identify efficiencies, improvements and potential cost savings.
• Manage site resources, workloads and training requirements to support effective project delivery.
• Maintain accurate project records, construction documentation, progress reports and handover information.
• Contribute to project risk management, incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Build effective working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and the wider project team.
