The Senior Site Agent role

Senior Site Agent for a civil engineering contractor who have a track record in delivering excellent civils water infrastructure projects. Following another large contract award,

The business are expanding their delivery of projects across Severn Trent's AMP7 framework and have an opening for a Senior Site Agent to join their team on long term Freelance Contract outside IR35 . As a Senior Site Agent you'll be working with the Project Delivery team working on a 30 million pound water improvement project in Worcestershire

As a Senior Site Agent you'll assist in leading the project from a delivery standpoint. You'll have a solid track record in delivering projects from contract award through to completion - achieving acceptable financial outcomes whilst adhering to the quality, safety and environmental policies. You'll have experience working as part of a project team and also directing subcontractor teams. Work includes Infrastructure and Large RC tanks

Roles and responsibilities of the Senior Site Agent

Allocation of resource and management of Site staff.
Ensuring safe systems of work and the Company Safety Policy are practised.
Enforcement and monitoring of the Division's Quality Assurance and Environmental systems.
Management of projects/contracts.
Communication at all levels regarding progress of projects.
Line management/supervision for Sub Agents & General Foreman.

The right Senior Site Agent will have

Civil Engineering/Construction management degree
Background in delivery of water infrastructure orientated projects with H & S Management exposure.
Possesses proven experience on challenging and diverse projects, water experience highly desirable.
Proven experience from engineering background demonstrating progress to Site Agent through career development with both theoretical and practical experience.
Site qualifications: CSCS card, SMSTS (5 day), First Aid at Work (4 day), National Water Hygiene card

Role: Senior Site Agent

Salary: 400 - 500 per day (depending on experience)

Location: Worcester

Start Date: As soon as possible
