Job summary

Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is seeking a service and maintenance professional to join a leading semiconductor manufacturer in the United Kingdom. You will collaborate with a growing team of technicians and engineers to provide equipment engineering support to manufacturing and process teams, ensuring day-to-day reliability of critical equipment lines.

The role includes mentoring junior staff, following documented procedures, and contributing to total productive maintenance practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• HND/HNC or degree in engineering is required.
• Able to follow documented procedures and generate new work instructions, risk assessments and method statements.

Responsibilities

• Provide equipment engineering support to manufacturing and process teams.
• Deliver day-to-day support of key equipment lines.
• Instruct and mentor junior team members and technicians.
• Drive total productive maintenance practices within the engineering group.
