• Lead daily settlement operations with accuracy, efficiency and adherence to SLAs.
• Manage team workload, escalation, and reporting of exceptions and operational breaks.
• Provide coaching, mentoring and technical guidance to develop staff and ensure compliance with policies and controls.
• Monitor operational risk, control effectiveness and performance metrics; drive improvements.
