Job summary

Hertfordshire Mind Network seeks a Services Manager for Complex Needs & Community to lead and develop teams across Hertfordshire. The role involves travel to Wellbeing centres, partnerships, and external organisations, reporting to the COO, and overseeing two or more services, including Flourish and Bounce Back contracts.

The role is 37.5 hours per week, maternity cover for 1 year, with a pay range of £39,500–£42,000 per annum.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex needs and community services is essential.
• Ability to lead diverse teams of staff and volunteers.
• Strong safeguarding responsibilities and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the COO with effective running of the complex needs and community services.
• Build relationships with commissioners and partner organisations.
• Lead and develop Complex Needs & Community Teams across Hertfordshire.
