Job summary

A global leader in digital transformation seeks a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Consultant to support pre-sales efforts and provide expertise in ITSM and related platforms. The role involves close collaboration with sales teams, delivering client-focused solutions and guidance on implementation. About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Pre-Sales UKI, the Senior ServiceNow Solutions Consultant provides expertise across ITSM, HR, PA, CSM, ITBM, ITOM, Orchestration/Automation, and IT Security Operations. The role supports the sales team through pre-sales consulting, solution design, demonstrations, and strategic advisory to align ServiceNow capabilities with client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales teams to qualify customer needs, respond to RFI/RFPs, and demonstrate product functionality.
  • Conduct scoping engagements, capturing business requirements and providing consulting estimates for solution delivery.
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and prototypes, both onsite and remotely, to customers and prospects.
  • Stay updated on ServiceNow developments, competitive analysis, and industry trends to provide thought leadership.
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, including blogs, webinars, events, and case studies.
  • Ensure seamless solution implementation, overseeing integration with legacy systems, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Provide technical guidance to clients, vendors, project management, and delivery teams.
  • Advise on solution architecture options, deployment strategies, and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Strong pre-sales experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM).
  • Expertise in ITSM/ITIL, Cloud Computing, Automation, SIAM, and TOGAF.
  • Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow and other ESM platforms (HP SM, IBM Tivoli, CA Unicenter, Cherwell, BMC Remedy).
  • Experience in solution design, implementation, and complex integrations (e.g., Enterprise Service Bus (SOA)).
  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) for process/solution deployment.
  • Strong ability to translate business requirements into viable solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts across various stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel for client engagements, as needed.
