Qualifications

• 12–15 years of overall experience with 4+ years in ServiceNow.
• Hands-on design, configuration, and implementation across telco BSS/OSS environments.
• Deep knowledge of CSDM, CMDB, data modelling and TMF APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture across the ServiceNow platform for telco processes.
• Align architecture with CSDM 4.0+ and CMDB best practices; design data models and CI classes.
• Hands-on ServiceNow configuration and development across CSM, ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and Integrations.
• Develop integrations with BSS/OSS, CRM, and ticketing tools using REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub.
• Drive CMDB health, data quality, and alignment with CSDM; define CI class models and relationships.
• Utilise NowAssist GenAI capabilities for case summarisation, automation, and agent assistance.
• Collaborate with product owners and operations to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Support sprint planning, UAT, release cycles, deployment, and knowledge transfer.
