Job summary

Methods Business and Digital Technology seeks an experienced Technical ServiceNow Architect to lead a large-scale transformation programme in a highly secure environment. You will own the technical architecture and migration strategy for the ServiceNow deployment, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

You will work with senior stakeholders, technical teams, and project leadership to govern the full lifecycle, delivering architecture artefacts and governance documentation across

Qualifications

• Experience as Technical Architect or Solution Architect in ServiceNow environments.
• Led ServiceNow migration projects, including on-prem deployments.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform modules: CMDB, ITSM, ITOM.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions in complex organisations.
• Experience in defence/government or highly regulated sectors.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication.
• Ability to produce architecture artefacts including HLDs and LLDs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for a ServiceNow migration programme.
• Define and maintain the overall ServiceNow technical roadmap and architecture strategy.
• Design scalable, secure, and supportable ServiceNow solutions per best practice.
• Provide architectural governance across configuration, integrations, data migration, and infrastructure.
• Lead technical discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders.
• Produce high and low-level architectural designs, technical specifications, and governance docs.
• Define migration strategies to minimise operational disruption.
• Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and government standards.
