Job summary

Tangity, part of NTT DATA, is seeking a Lead Service Designer with strong UX capabilities to elevate our customer experience and service design offerings. You will shape proposals, guide design work from research through to wireframes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product and engineering.

You will act as both practitioner and coach, delivering end-to-end service design with AI-enabled considerations, and driving value for clients through human-centred design

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in service design across varied users and business problems.
• Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams including designers, researchers and product specialists.
• Experience shaping proposals, client workshops and front-end engagements in AI-enabled or digital services.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with senior stakeholders, guiding service design, user research, analytics and product design.
• Develop and present service blueprints, KPIs and delivery roadmaps for client projects.
• Coach junior designers and researchers, ensuring high-quality outputs and knowledge transfer.
• Advocate human-centred design values and contribute to practice evolution within Tangity/NTT DATA.
