Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced and ambitious leader to join our Coastal West Sussex leadership team as a General Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a portfolio of community mental health services, working alongside clinical and professional leaders to deliver high-quality, safe and effective care for the communities we serve.
As part of a senior Divisional Leadership Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping services, supporting staff, improving performance and ensuring people receive the care they need when they need it.
This is a broad and influential leadership role where you will be responsible for the operational management and performance of multidisciplinary mental health services across Coastal West Sussex.
You will work closely with clinical leaders, partner organisations and wider system stakeholders to deliver service improvements, drive innovation and ensure services continue to meet the changing needs of local communities.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to major transformation programmes and help shape the future of community mental health services.
You will be an experienced healthcare leader with a track record of successfully managing complex services and delivering operational performance within health or social care settings.
You will bring strong leadership, partnership-working and change management skills, alongside experience of managing resources, improving performance and leading teams through periods of transformation.
We’re looking for someone who can build positive relationships, inspire colleagues and balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
We provide specialist mental health and learning disability services across Sussex and children and young people’s services in Hampshire.
