Job summary

Real Life Options in Dunfermline is seeking a Senior Service Lead to deliver person-centred, empowering support to adults with autism and learning disabilities. You will report to the Locality Manager and work with senior staff to ensure safe, high-quality services across a wide geographical area.

This leadership role combines operational duties with staff supervision, development, and compliance. 39 hours per week, salary £29,954.47 per annum.

Qualifications

• Registered (or eligible) with the SSSC.
• SVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
• Significant experience in the social care sector supporting adults with additional needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and mentoring to support staff.
• Carry out supervision and annual appraisals to monitor performance.
• Oversee training compliance and registration requirements.
• Conduct audits to promote health and safety across services.
• Develop and update personalised care plans with service users and staff.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
