Job Description:

I have partnered with one of the most interesting (and complex) organisations I’ve ever worked with – they are looking for a Senior Service Designer to join a hugely impactful project on a fixed-term contract basis.

You will be designing an end-to-end service with complex digital and non-digital aspects. It’s important to state that this is an internally facing and highly technical piece of work with an equally complex set of stakeholders. You will work closely alongside a Senior User Researcher, the Head of Service Design, and a wider non-UCD team.

The project requires deep expertise in Service Design, including:

• Excellent stakeholder relationship building and facilitation experience.
• A broad design toolkit and a pragmatic, flexible approach to delivering effective Service Design.
• Capability in both discovery (workshopping & research) and delivery (Journey mapping, Blueprints, etc.).
• Experience working within large, diverse organisations.

This is a fixed-term, salaried role paying £66,000 - 80,000 + benefits (location dependent).

Hybrid working options are available in London, Leeds, and Edinburgh.
