QinetiQ is seeking a Senior Service Consultant to lead bid and pre-bid activities, shaping high quality service inputs and costed responses for MoD and government customers. The role is based at Bristol or Malvern with hybrid working and a 37-hour week.

As a Senior Service Consultant, you will provide subject matter expertise (SME) across QinetiQ’s full-service portfolio, focused on leading and contributing to Bid and Pre Bid activities. This includes shaping high quality bid responses, integration, and management requirements are fully understood, articulated, and aligned to customer expectations.
Day-to-day, you will be working collaboratively with customer facing teams designing and delivering service integration, support, and management models throughout the full-service lifecycle. A key part of the role is engaging directly with the Ministry of Defence and wider government stakeholders, and associated delivery partners to support the development of operationally sound and compliant solutions.

This role is 37 hours per week-based at either our Bristol or Malvern site. Hybrid working patterns available. This role will involve travel to other sites or customer sites.
The Malvern facility is noted for its work in electronic warfare, surveillance and complex system integration, contributing significantly to the UK’s defence capabilities. Developing technologies for military and civilian applications, including sensors, communications and cyber security.
