Nebius is building a full-stack AI cloud platform and is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help scale Nebius Serverless AI in a hybrid London/Amsterdam setting. You will own architecture decisions, drive design, and raise the bar through reviews and hands-on coding.

This senior role demands 7+ years in production distributed systems, expert Golang and Kubernetes skills, and a track record of shipping low-latency, high-throughput services at scale.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience in production distributed systems.
• Expert knowledge of Golang and Kubernetes.
• Strong distributed-systems instincts: consistency, availability, backpressure, retries, multi-tenancy.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core components of the Serverless platform (control plane, scheduler, runtime, autoscaler, APIs).
• Own architecture decisions and drive design reviews and documentation.
• Operate the service with SRE practices: define SLOs, observability, incident response.
