Qualifications

• Must have strong and proven experience in SEO with up-to-date knowledge of AI-powered optimization.
• Must be a content strategist with deep understanding of search-driven content architecture, user intent, and buying journeys.
• Must be able to define content themes, keyword strategies and map content to buying journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word.
• Solid experience working with Google Search Console, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics.
• Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Independently managing end-to-end search marketing campaigns (SEO + AEO) for various digital assets.
• Plan and support global content strategy aligned with SEO to drive content and page structures toward conversions.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers, and PMs to execute content strategy plans in sync with search marketing recommendations.
• Communicate with different business units to understand objectives and develop search marketing strategies accordingly.
• Develop high-quality, optimized content related to search marketing.
• Perform SEO technical audits and on-page optimization to maintain search engine friendliness.
• Analyze search performance and generate insightful reports and dashboards.
• Stay updated with latest SEO trends, including AI-powered search, and apply them in day-to-day work.
• Contribute to development of best practices and guidelines in AI-powered search space.
• Improve work efficiency by leveraging tools and automating processes.
• Integrate search marketing with other pillars of digital marketing to achieve goals.
• Mentor junior team members to help them deliver effectively and efficiently.
