Job summary

Deliveroo is recruiting a Senior Associate Project Management to lead security technology projects across the EMEA region. You will manage cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver robust security installations on time and within budget.

The role requires hands-on experience with physical security infrastructure, budgeting, and proficiency with project management tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, and Asana.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical projects within physical security tech, construction, or facilities management.
• Solid understanding of physical security infrastructure (video surveillance, access control, intrusion, door hardware).
• Strong financial and project control skills; ability to manage budgets and schedules using Agile/Waterfall.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning and execution for multiple concurrent security installations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time and on budget.
• Maintain portfolio-level project controls with schedules and forecasts using Smartsheet, Jira, or Asana.
