Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Manager, Protective Services (EMEA) in London. This hybrid role requires up to 50% travel, providing executive protection and physical security support across the EMEA region, blending protective intelligence with logistics to keep leadership safe in complex markets.

You will build and own security programs, lead a team of protective staff, manage in-country providers, and coordinate with global safety and security.

Qualifications

• Executive protection expertise across international markets.
• Ability to translate risk intelligence into travel logistics decisions.
• Experience building and leading security programs and vendor relationships.
• Proven people leadership and mentorship for security teams.
• Experience conducting risk assessments of residences, facilities, and events.

Responsibilities

• Design journey management plans and pre-travel briefings for executive travel in EMEA.
• Lead advance planning, route assessments, and on-the-ground protective coverage.
• Define long-term protective operations strategy across EMEA and align with global program.
• Manage vendor networks, budgets, and performance; escalation point for Protective Services.
