Job summary

Deliveroo is seeking a Project Manager within Global Safety and Security to design, deploy, and maintain security infrastructure at scale. You will lead end-to-end planning, coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure projects stay on time and on budget across multiple sites in EMEA.

You’ll collaborate with regional leaders, engineers, and finance to align security outcomes with business goals, while maintaining strict compliance with safety and data protection standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing technical projects within physical security tech, construction, or facilities management.
• Strong financial and project control skills; ability to manage budgets and schedules.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security project planning for multi-site installations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Maintain portfolio-level controls with schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Align security outcomes with regional business objectives with stakeholders.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards across implementations.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery frameworks and documentation.
