Job summary

The Department of the Air Force Headquarters is seeking a Supervisory Security Specialist to lead non-supervisory security personnel at RAF Mildenhall, UK. This role oversees SCI, physical, TEMPEST and cyber security programs and provides program management for the Wing's security posture.

The position requires DCIPS experience and SCI clearance, with telework eligibility. The salary range posted is $102,415 to $133,142 per year, and the hiring path is Public.

Qualifications

• Supervisory security responsibilities and program oversight.
• Knowledge of DoD/USAF/NSA policy guidance and procedures.
• Experience in SCI training and awareness programs.

Responsibilities

• Implements and manages the Personnel and Industrial Security programs for the 55th Wing.
• Advises employees on policies, procedures, and directives of management in SCI matters.
• Trains SSRs and SSAs on recurring SCI training requirements, including initial, quarterly and annual refresher training.
