InfoSec People Ltd, a leading UK cyber security consultancy, seeks a Senior Security Engineer to join a sophisticated Security Operations Engineering team. You will deliver complex customer engagements across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, vulnerability management and automation technologies.

You will work remotely with occasional visits to Basingstoke, bringing Azure expertise, KQL, and strong communication to accelerate detections, automation, and secure cloud deployments for diverse clients.

Formación

• Security Engineering or Security Operations experience required.
• Azure security knowledge required.
• KQL query writing skills preferred.
• SIEM deployment and management experience essential.
• Security automation experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering customer-facing security engineering projects.
• Deploying and optimising SIEM and XDR platforms.
• Building automation workflows and security integrations.
• Designing and tuning detection content.
• Conducting Azure security health checks.
• Integrating log sources and developing correlation rules.
• Supporting vulnerability and exposure management programmes.
• Producing technical recommendations and customer deliverables.
• Contributing to innovation, engineering and automation initiatives.

We're exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing cyber security specialist that is expanding its Security Operations and Professional Services capability across the UK.

We're looking for a Senior Security Engineer to join a highly respected Security Operations Engineering team delivering complex customer engagements across SIEM, SOAR, XDR, Vulnerability Management and Security Automation technologies.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Security Engineer who enjoys solving complex security challenges, engaging directly with customers and working with cutting-edge Microsoft security technologies.

What You'll Be Doing
