Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer – Security Assurance to join the GRC engineering team. This role focuses on building security observability, compliance, and control management systems for a cloud-native, remote-first organization.

You will work on automated, data-driven security tooling, collaborating with security engineers, developers, and auditors across the company to deploy security policies across the SDLC, applications, and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience building security observability, compliance, and control management systems.
• Cloud-based SaaS security experience preferred.
• Familiarity with security standards (ISO, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, GDPR) is useful.

• Develop services to defend systems, provide visibility into security state, and guide secure behavior across teams.
