Job summary

LRQA is seeking a Principal Security Consultant to join our MSSP services, delivering high-impact security engagements across multi-cloud environments and hybrid infrastructures. You will lead defensive security design, develop reference architectures, and oversee end-to-end consultancy engagements in SOC/SIEM/SOAR, XDR/EDR and identity, ensuring Zero Trust alignment and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

Extensive experience delivering complex security consultancy within MSSP or managed services.
Proven ability designing end-to-end security architectures for Microsoft and mixed-vendor environments.
Strong knowledge of Zero Trust principles and security frameworks (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, MITRE).

Responsibilities

Lead the design and deployment of defensive security services across Microsoft and CrowdStrike ecosystems.
Develop reference architectures, target operating models and design patterns for security solutions.
Design security controls within hybrid/multi-cloud architectures, ensuring interoperability.
Oversee multiple engagements, aligning solutions with Zero Trust, regulatory requirements and frameworks.
Drive end-to-end delivery of consultancy engagements (SOC/SIEM/SOAR, XDR/EDR, identity, cloud security).
Produce architectural artefacts, templates and automation to scale service delivery.
