Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a highly experienced Section Foreman for a major heavy civils project near Peterhead, Scotland. This 4-month contract offers a challenging role leading a team across earthworks, drainage, and reinforced concrete construction, with emphasis on safety and program delivery.

You will supervise Gangers, direct labour, and subcontractors, chair short interval control meetings, and ensure QA using BIM field 360 while maintaining zero-harm standards and progress against Work

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant Section Foreman experience.
• Desirable experience on earthworks, deep drainage and reinforced concrete projects.
• Essential site certificates: CSCS Card, SMSTS, First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Supervise works and lead a team of Gangers, direct labour and subcontractors.
• Chair daily meetings and contribute to Work Package Plans and Risk Assessments.
• Promote a Right First Time culture and oversee QA using BIM Field 360.
