About the role

  1. Provide administrative support to senior leadership meetings, ensuring a consistent approach, adherence to due process, and compliance with the Members' Agreement.
  2. Attend meetings as required, record minutes accurately, and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Maintain an actions log, follow up on outstanding actions, and challenge senior leadership when necessary.
  4. Manage logistics for meetings, including scheduling, confirming quoracy, and providing relevant information to attendees.
  5. Assist in producing high-quality meeting papers, ensuring timely submission and adherence to governance processes.

  • Experience in a secretariat or similar administrative role.
  • Proven ability to take and produce succinct, accurate minutes.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
