Job summary

Project Blackbook is partnering with a leading UK professional membership body to recruit a Scrum Master for a hybrid London contract. The role runs ASAP through end of December (3 months) at a day rate of £400-£500 inside IR35, supporting a Sitecore-based website within the technology function.

The Scrum Master will lead ceremonies, establish agile ways of working, and govern delivery against the digital roadmap with emphasis on Sitecore CMS.

Qualifications

• Independent consultant
• Strong Scrum Master experience within digital or technology teams
• Confident facilitating agile delivery, governance and stakeholder engagement
• Experience working on website, CMS or Sitecore programmes would be highly advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum ceremonies, squad activities and delivery governance
• Establish and embed effective agile ways of working
• Drive delivery against the digital roadmap and improve the Sitecore website
