Job summary

Experian is seeking a Senior Implementation and Support Analyst to lead and optimise Screening solutions for customers, ensuring onboarding, adoption and a smooth transition to business-as-usual support. The role is hybrid and based in London or Jersey, offering exposure to sanctions, PEPs and watchlists data management.

You will collaborate with offshore teams, manage customer escalations, and drive improvements while delivering outstanding customer outcomes and maintaining regulatory

Qualifications

• Experience in screening and financial crime/compliance environments.
• Ability to independently own and deliver implementations and customer engagements.
• Experience working with offshore teams and knowledge transfer.

Responsibilities

• Lead and help implement Screening solutions and onboard customers.
• Act as a Screening SME for sanctions, PEP, and watchlists data management.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure knowledge transfer and delivery.
• Manage and resolve customer support cases across severities and act as Incident Manager.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiencies.
