Job summary

Experian is seeking an experienced Senior Regulatory Manager to join KYC360, now part of Experian. You will advise customers on financial regulation relevant to their use of our solutions and support ongoing regulatory compliance in selected jurisdictions.

This hybrid role is based in London or Jersey, reporting to the Head of Customer Success. You will collaborate with sales, implementation, and product teams to tailor solutions and ensure compliant onboarding and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Extensive regulatory experience gained within a global company.
• In-depth knowledge of working with UK, EU, and Caribbean legislation.
• Expertise in the practical application of financial regulation to products and customers.
• Ability to apply regulation to operational teams and be processes focused.
• AML or KYC product knowledge is desirable

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain regulatory expertise for onboarding, screening and lifecycle management across jurisdictions.
• Advise sales conversations as an SME to tailor solutions to regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with sales engineers to ensure regulatory alignment of solutions.
• Provide regulatory input during customer implementations and ongoing account support.
