Job summary

Cadeler is seeking a Senior Operations & Project Manager for scour protection in offshore wind. You will help develop the scour protection vessel, define operational methodologies and lead multidisciplinary teams across planning, mobilisation and execution.

You will provide practical offshore experience, establish project teams, drive safe and efficient project delivery, monitor budget, schedule and client satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's in civil, mechanical or maritime engineering.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, incl. offshore wind.
• Experience leading projects through planning, mobilisation, execution, close-out.
• Strong leadership and ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist design and development of scour protection vessel with operational input.
• Develop installation methodologies, procedures, loading strategies and best practices.
• Lead project teams across PM, Package Management, Survey and Planning.
• Drive execution with focus on HSE, quality, budget and schedule.
• Provide operational input on vessel productivity, weather, cycle times and downtime.
• Support Sales/tender teams with client requirements and risk review.
• Build relationships with industry partners, subcontractors and stakeholders.
