Referment, in partnership with a Scottish commercial law firm based in Glasgow, seeks a senior Scots-qualified litigator to join its dispute resolution practice. You’ll handle commercial disputes with a focus on property litigation, insolvency and company law, delivering clear, commercial advice.

You’ll take on ownership of casework and contribute to business development and management, guiding junior solicitors and shaping client relationships for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial disputes.
• Strong track record across property litigation, insolvency and company law.
• Able to develop clients and manage a team.
